Fitness gave me the outlet to become someone I was proud of. I first embarked on my fitness journey after falling into the hands of depression and an eating disorder at the young age of 15.

The eating disorder led me to connect with many mentors, coaches, and leaders to gain knowledge around nutrition. This connection not only expanded my education for myself but also encouraged me to explore more around fitness and the opportunities within it.

One of these opportunities was participating in my first bikini competition, which required me to step outside of my comfort zone on stage. Like most individuals who love a challenge, this one gave me the strength to feel empowered as a human.

This sense of empowerment pushed me to want to impact others in the same way. My dream wasn’t just about me anymore; it was about helping others become relentless in their pursuit of fitness and competition goals. This desire to support others is what led me to become a coach around four years ago.

Throughout my time with many athletes over the past four years, I’ve learned more and more about mental health. Mental health is truly a driving force for creating habit change and long-lasting health throughout life.

Therefore, my love and passion for mental health is a significant factor in my work and relationships with my athletes. The goal isn’t just to change their physique but to ensure their mental health and overall life are transformed as well.

The more someone can believe in themselves, the more power they have within their life to create one they are thrilled to live in every day.
