From a young age, I always knew I wanted to help people in some way. I wasn’t always 100% sure of how I would do that until I fell in love with training and the science of nutrition at 15 years old.Strength training and gaining knowledge about how to fuel my body allowed me to feel empowered. I wanted to help create that feeling of empowerment for other people.

I’m proud to say that’s what I get to do for “work” now. I competed in my first bodybuilding show my senior year of high school and was spending my Friday nights at the gym instead of in the woods drinking with friends.

Bodybuilding has played a major role in who I am today and I’m grateful for it. I have since then competed in 11+ shows, won 1 overall championship title with the guidance of our founder, Justin Mihaly.I became an ISSA certified personal trainer in 2016 and started online coaching + some in-person clients while I was studying undergrad.

I received my B.S in nutritional sciences in 2019.I pursued further schooling to meet the requirements to become a registered dietitian to make a greater impact on my clients and become the best coach I could possibly be for my people.

I was able to graduate my Master’s program and eating disorder concentrated dietetic internship in May 2023.

I am extremely passionate about helping people achieve their healthiest, happiest versions of themselves whether that be through supporting healthy digestion, healing nutritionally related hormonal imbalances, winning bodybuilding shows, fuel for marathon training, helping to heal their relationship with food or simply just get stronger and learn how to fuel their bodies properly!I love people and I love helping people through my knowledge of nutrition and exercise.
