Growing up, I knew I was meant to help anyone I could. Whether it be a helping hand or words of encouragement. As time went on, I realized I was ready to take that to the next level and help others with their body image and obstacles with food and dieting.Overcoming Small-Town Constraints

Being from a small town is difficult when you are just learning how to be yourself. This barrier inhibited me from showing others who I really was just to fit in. During high school, I was not in the right mindset to continue education and felt lost in which direction to go.

A big part of my life was surrounded by my eating disorder; making sure I looked like everyone else. When I overcame this, It motivated me to start helping others who were still in this same mindset.

I proudly graduated Summa Cum Laude from Merrimack College with a degree in Nutritional Sciences!During my time at Merrimack College, I had the amazing opportunity to complete an internship at a gym where I established the nutrition department for clients of all ages!I curated meal plans, meal matrix’s, and other inuitive eating protocols for up to 15 clients at a time. All while going to school, and working at a restaurant.To take the education a bit further, I then completed and achieved my NASM Certified Nutrition Coach Certification to advance my knowledge of encouraging others to start their journey of a healthy lifestyle.

My approach to a healthy Lifestyle is mostly based in Intuitive eating. I want my clients to develop the healthiest relationship with food that has been missing for them. By achieving this, my clients and I will be able to go the distance in their journey to becoming a healthier, stronger, happier person!
