Hey, hi, hello, I’m Sam!

My purpose is to create impact that lasts - my mission is to help people maximize their potential in life by creating and adhering to the winning habits found through health and fitness.

My desire to lead stems from an early age. I am the oldest of four and I have always had a natural desire to guide and care about the impact I have on others.

Growing up, I was always active. I was a competitive gymnast and also played travel softball. I dabbled in various other sports while continuously striving to be at the top of my class (we can thank my mom for being a teacher).

I pursued my college education at the University of Missouri-Columbia (MIZ-ZOU) and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences and Minor in Psychology. Mizzou is where I found a passion for bodybuilding.

Since I did not pursue sports at the collegiate level, I chose to focus my time on cultivating relationships, furthering my education, and building up a physique that I could eventually present on stage. Through trial and error, I found habits and lifestyle alterations that stuck and led me to my success as a NPC Bikini Athlete. Funny enough, I connected with Justin Mihaly and together, we won the Bikini Overall at the largest Midwest Show and went to Nationals the week after and took 4th place.

The lessons and habits learned through bodybuilding and leading a healthy lifestyle have bled into other areas of my life. It’s only my hope to help others realize how showing up for yourself, creating goals, adhering to structure, and maximizing one’s day can benefit one’s quality of life.

So many talk about WHAT they are going to do, but it’s my hope to help athletes PURSUE what they say they’ll do. By committing to yourself, you find peace and balance within life - investing in yourself not only directly impacts you and your quality of life, but it indirectly impacts and influences the lives of those around you. It’s my goal to help athletes create winning habits: ones that stick, ones that will positively impact their performance in regular day to day activities as well as the gym.

We are all online based which gives you the opportunity to access your coach, the community, and support 24/7. Your nutrition will be tailored to you as well as your training assessed daily to make the changes needed to see improvements.
